14-Day Return Window
You may return your Oakoryn within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original, unused condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- DIY kits where the materials have been opened or used
- Items marked as Final Sale at checkout
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized pieces
How to Start a Return
- Email support@oakoryn.com with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll send you return instructions within 24 hours (business days)
- Ship the item back using a tracked carrier
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case we’ll cover the return shipping.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund — no need to return the original.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order. This way you won’t wait for processing and shipping twice.
