Every Oakoryn kit includes all the materials you need, step-by-step video tutorial access (lifetime), a PDF guide, and unlimited email support. Pod Doll kits include natural seed pods, organic thread, dried botanicals, beads, and wire. Robot kits include laser-cut wooden pieces, copper wire, brass fittings, sandpaper, craft glue, and a display stand.

Beginner kits have fewer components and simpler assembly steps — ideal for your very first kit. Intermediate kits have more parts, finer details, and produce a more complex finished piece. We always recommend starting with a Beginner kit if you're new to craft.

Pod Doll kits are recommended for ages 14+. Steampunk Robot kits are recommended for ages 16+ due to small parts and the use of craft wire. Adult supervision is always encouraged for younger crafters.

Everything you need is in the box. We recommend having a pair of scissors handy, and good lighting helps. That's it — no special tools required.

Beginner Pod Doll kits: approximately 3–5 hours. Intermediate Pod Doll kits: 5–8 hours. Steampunk Robot Beginner kits: 5–8 hours. Intermediate Robot kits: 8–12 hours. You can craft across multiple sessions.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide (excluding mainland China). Free shipping on all orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat shipping fee applies depending on your region.

We process orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery: USA 5–10 days, UK/Europe 7–14 days, Australia/Asia 10–18 days. Tracking is included with every order.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened kits. If your kit is unopened and in original condition, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless the item is defective.

Yes, exchanges are possible on unopened kits within 30 days. Email hello@oakoryn.com and we'll arrange the exchange for you.

After purchase, you'll receive an email with a unique link to your tutorial library. You can also access tutorials from your account page on oakoryn.com. Tutorials are hosted online and can be viewed on any device.

Currently, tutorials are streaming-only. However, you have lifetime access — they'll always be there when you need them.
