Where We Ship
We ship worldwide, with the exception of countries currently under international trade sanctions.
Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders $49 and over
- $15 flat rate for orders under $49
Processing Time
Orders are handcrafted and prepared in our Yunnan workshop. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipping.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery once shipped:
- United States, Canada, United Kingdom: 7–10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8–12 business days
- United Arab Emirates: 8–12 business days
- Other countries: 10–15 business days
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it within 5 business days, please contact us.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties or local taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll make it right.
Address Changes
Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
