How long does it take to process my order?
Each Oakoryn is hand-prepared in our Yunnan workshop. We process orders within 2–3 business days before shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, if you email us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee changes.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All Oakoryns ship in our signature kraft packaging — already gift-ready. Add a note at checkout if you’d like us to include a handwritten message.

Yes! We ship worldwide, except to countries under international trade sanctions. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much does shipping cost?
Free on orders over $49. Flat $15 for orders under $49.
When will my order arrive?
Typically 7–10 business days for US, UK, Canada. 8–12 days for AU, NZ, UAE. 10–15 days for other countries.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. Use it on the carrier’s website.

What’s the difference between a Pod Doll and a Steampunk Mini?
Pod Dolls are nature-themed creatures handcrafted from real acorns, pinecones, and dried botanicals. Steampunk Minis are small mechanical figures made from gears, buttons, and reclaimed metalwork.
What’s the difference between “Adopt a Friend” and “Make a Friend”?
Adopt a Friend is finished pieces ready to come home with you. Make a Friend is DIY kits that include all materials and instructions to craft your own.
Are DIY kits suitable for beginners?
Yes! Each kit is labeled Beginner, Beginner+, or Intermediate. Beginner kits include pre-started pieces to make starting easier.
How long does a DIY kit take to make?
Most beginner kits take 2–4 hours. Intermediate kits take 4–8 hours. Each kit includes time estimates.
What materials do you use?
Pod Dolls use foraged or sustainably sourced acorns, pinecones, dried flowers, and natural fabrics. Steampunk Minis use brass, copper, and reclaimed hardware.
Will my Oakoryn look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is one of a kind. Slight variations in color, texture, and shape are part of the craft.

What’s your return policy?
14 days from delivery for unused items in original packaging. See our Return Policy for full details.
Can I return a DIY kit?
Only if it hasn’t been opened or used. Once materials are unsealed, the kit isn’t returnable.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 14 days with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund — no need to return the original.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal with industry-standard encryption. We never store your full card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and reorder faster.

How do I care for my Pod Doll?
Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight. Dust gently with a soft brush. Display indoors only.
Can my Steampunk Mini get wet?
No. The metal parts may rust. Keep in a dry indoor environment.
